Since my previous bad guys have been defeated (The Scorpion, Dr. Cyclops & The Iron Phantom), I decided to create some new ones, along with some other characters, and this story introduces them, while bringing back those characters that went temporarily missing in action. Since I had acquired the action figures after some photo stories were made, where they should have been involved, I opted to put them aside in "Missing in Action", until I brought them back in this story.
