I took most of the outdoor pictures in my mother-in-law's front yard on the snowbank that the plow leaves there since her house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and happened to be the first real winter photos I took for my adventure Team photo stories since I started the whole thing in the spring of 2013. I still come up with story ideas often during quiet times at work and start typing some of these ideas when I have a minute or two. Once I have a full script I plan the photo shoot and do those when I have the time, which is usually in the evenings or on weekend mornings before I get busy with my wife and kids.
